Currently, our products are arranged in two types of packaging: cartons (which have a security system with 6 different layers of plastic, aluminum and paper) and Bag-in-Box (which makes the transport and packaging of the product easier). Both technologies increase the product’s shelf-stable, that is, its shelf-life.

The revolutionary packaging of Daus products are available in 1kg, 1L, 5L, 10L, 10 kg and 1000L, depending on the product.

All of our packages are aseptic, practical, guarantee food security, provide easy logistics, do not require refrigeration and are easy to store and handle.

LactoPro V is a ready-to-use dairy drink that can be used in ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, drinks, flans and other frozen desserts. It is available in vanilla, chocolate and milk flavors.

LactoPro M, on the other hand, is a syrup rich in ice cream proteins, which is used to produce creamy ice cream with high melting resistance and high quality.

Due to the technology of our packaging, our products can be stored for up to 180 days without refrigeration and for up to 2 days after being opened, provided they are refrigerated at 8º C.

LactoPro M

LactoPro M is an ice cream ready syrup, rich in structural ice cream proteins and is used in the production of pasta ice creams, such as ball ice cream, popsicles, Italian gelato, among other variations.

The product is already pasteurized, homogenized and matured, which guarantees an optimized production. Just insert it in the ice cream machine and mix it with the flavoring of preference to create a creamy ice cream with high melt resistance.

It is a product of vegetable origin that combines several functionalities in one product. It accelerates the production of the dishes and provides stability, creaminess and flavor to savory, sweet and acidic recipes.

Culinary Cream has a high yield, accelerates the production of recipes, has a smooth and homogeneous texture, a creamy and shiny appearance, can be boiled or frozen, can be mixed with water or milk, does not contain sugar and has a neutral flavor.

Yes, the Culinary Cream can replace traditional cream, speeding up the preparation of recipes and ensuring greater stability to them, both in savory and sweet recipes.

Culinary Cream has several advantages over the traditional table cream, including:

  • Increasing the shelf-life of food;
  • It brings together several purposes in a single product, unlike the traditional table Cream, which has different types, such as that ones that come in a box, the canned and the fresh, which are used for different purposes;
  • It has a better cost-benefit ratio, because the consumer can only purchase one product for multiple purposes;

Yes. It easily mixes with other ingredients, hot or cold, and allows the addition of liquids, without losing consistency.

The whipping cream comes ready to whip. You just need to add it in the planetary mixer or siphon and beat the product until it reaches its ideal point.
